Internet and Privacy Eraser Software
The need for Internet and Privacy Eraser Software
Everyone is aware of the fact where loose ends can lead on to. Leaving behind tracks of information is the root cause of all problems especially touchy issues like internet porn and some other similar issues.
So in order to clean traces of internet activities, use internet and privacy eraser software. This software permanently clean up of the Internet usage history; some even delete any past computer activity forever. It’s irrespective of whether you run Vista or XP, the privacy eraser software can erase the tracks of programs used; the links you have visited; the images or movies that have been watched as well deleting temporary files from the hard disks. The clean-up processes not only erase tracks of activities but also enhance system performance.
You might argue on the point that – with the Windows XP or Windows Vista built-in clean up functions, why there is a need of a separate privacy and internet eraser software? The reasons are as follows:
The built-in Windows XP or Vista functions remove only the temporary internet files and .chk files. They can’t remove invalid system registry entries which can only be done by privacy eraser software.
They cannot distinguish between the harmful and harmless cookies; hence, you may end up deleting the useful cookies that help you save time you would spend otherwise by typing the usernames and passwords.
Manually erasing tracks is a tedious and time-consuming task; besides, it is not possible to know what to delete unless you are a pro. That way, you might end up deleting something, which may even corrupt operating system. Thus, the safest is to use something for which, you just need to select the options and give the final signal. After all, it’s an automated process
There are many internet and privacy eraser softwares available on the internet but the question is which one to use. The important things to keep in mind while choosing the software are as follows.
Support for popular web-browser. e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, AOL, Netscape, Opera or MSN.
It must provide an option to select junk files and provide an explanation of what they are about as well as recommendations
Support deletion of Internet usage history as well auto-complete forms.
Clean the system Cache i.e. the tracking Cookies and scripts.

Turn Mobile Phone into Video ipod
Have you ever thought of getting a video ipod ? The mobile phones today are more advanced, sophisticated and entertaining than ever. The most demanding feature of mobiles today is their ability to play multimedia. The higher the phone’s ability to play multimedia audio/video, the higher the demand and hence price. Many audio and video formats for mobile are now available.
I have been searching for a software to convert multimedia audio/video files into mobile formats like .3gp, mp4 etc. I found some but the most easy to use software is Alive 3GP Video Converter. It can convert any multimedia audio/video file into mobile formats. The quality of the converted multimedia files can also be adjusted. I have used Alive 3GP Video Converter to convert files for Nokia 6300, Nokia 7610, and some Motorola phones of my friends. The result is stunning. The videos are crystal clear. Alive 3GP Video Converter can convert almost any audio/video file into mobile format and it’s very fast. It can also convert any audio/video to mp3 and even Divx Video format.
Alive 3GP Video Converter can convert video upto 30 frames per second and at a video bit rate of 192 to 8000. The audio files can be converted at a bit rate of upto 320 and a sample rate of 48000Hz. What I figured out is that the best video file conversion options for Nokia 6300 are as follows

Boost slow dialup internet connection
For over a year I have been searching softwares to boost my slow dial up internet connection speed and ,in fact I did find a lot. All of them have big claims that they can boost my dial up internet connection speed but my dial up internet connection speed never boosted.
Some have claims that their software boost modem speed and other claim to boost dial up internet speed by tweaking registry but the reality is that on slow dial up internet connections all of them failed. The bandwidth of dialup internet connection is low and on top of that the connection usually stops after a few minutes. I was too skeptical. Then I decided to tweak dial up internet by hit and trial.
I tried several attempts and finally I found what I was looking for.
Here are the steps which I practically did myself, but remember all these steps apply to Windows XP service pack 2
Open registry editor by typing “regedit”in the “Run…” in the “start” button.
Find this key “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\ServiceProvider” and
Edit “DnsPriority” to 1
“HostsPriority” to 1
“LocalPriority” to 1
“NetbtPriority” to 1
Download and Install Cablenut. Its free.
Open “adjuster” and add the values as shown
Download and install freshdevices free.
Run freshdevices and expand “Windows System”
Expand “Network Settings”
FInd “Change PPOE the MTU Size”.
In the “Protocol type size”,”PPP Protocol Type” and “Protocol MTU Size” type zero
In the ‘Network Settings” Click “Manage the reserved QoS Bandwidth”> Reserved Qos Bandwidth> change it to 0%
In the ‘Network Settings” Click “Manage the QoS Packet Queuing”> Set the max no fo outstanding packets change it to 0
Open Device Manager and click modem properties > Advanced > Change Default Preferences
Port speed 115200
Data Protocol Disabled
Compression Disabled
Flow Control None
Click start > Connect to “your dialup connection” > Properties > General > Configure > Uncheck all.
Click Connect to “your dialup connection” > Properties > Networking > Click QoS Packet Schedular under TCP/IP and uninstall.
Click TCP/IP > Properties > Advanced > Uncheck Use IP Header compression

These settings have helped me to make my slow dial up internet connection into a significantly high speed dial up internet connection.
